March 6, 2006

The “Authenticity Crisis” in Real Evidence, published (March 2006) at Law Practice Today, written by George L. Paul, poses a number of interesting questions re digital information, its storage, manipulation, and authentication.

Paul will be speaking at ABA TECHSHOW 2006.
