Learn the Tech You Need to Know

Attorney Jonathan G. Stein, in his blog The Practice, offers commendable advice in his post Tech Advantage: Plaintiff’s Firms.

Jonathan opines:

I think defense firms need to get up to speed and quickly. In today’s high tech world, you need to keep juror attention. One of the easiest ways is to use technology.

Advice for all of you law students: if you are not up on these software programs, start learning them now. This skill will make you more marketable when you are in a job search. It can be the difference between getting a job and still searching when bar results come out.

Having delivered tech training and performance improvement coaching for many years, all I can say is Yes! Get the training and keep your mind open to the possibilities on the tech horizon.
